Environmental Control Committee
The ECC reviews building permits and architectural requests so that new construction, additions, and exterior changes meet the community's building codes and design standards. Its approval is required before most exterior projects begin.
Before you build
Planning a project? Submit the right permit or request to the ECC before you start. The committee reviews each submission against the ECC building codes and the community's governing documents, then approves, requests changes, or explains what is needed.
